Welcome to my website!

It’s 2025 and I’ll be heading off to a few events coming up. First is the Great 48 CBA event in Bakersfield CA, featuring AJ Lee and Blue Summit. After that will be Wintergrass in Bellevue WA. My daughter Molly will be playing with none other than Ringo Starr at the Ryman in Nashville. 

I”m not currently taking on new students, as my schedule has tightened and my travels increase as spring and summer arrive. Sorry about that! 

I’m happy to say that I’m now selling all eleven of my books in PDF form. There are now four Primer books, with a traditional bluegrass focus, all carefully thought out for progressive learning in logical and systematic manner. 

There’s lots of ways to pay for lessons. My favorites? Venmo: (@Jack-Tuttle-2). Apple Pay Cash, Zelle and Google Wallet. PayPal seems to have removed the option to “send to a friend” which eliminates the fees,  so that’s falling out of favor with me.
